Campus Inclusion Fellows

We are hiring three Campus Inclusion Fellows for one-year terms starting in July 2023. Each fellow will focus on one area within the Center for Identity + Inclusion – Office of Multicultural Student Affairs (OMSA), LGBTQ Student Life, or Student Support Services – for the duration of the fellowship.

These team members will serve as ambassadors, navigators, and bridge builders, and help us advance our core mission as it relates to enhancing the student experience and promoting student learning and development. The fellows will be uniquely positioned to to build community and affinity among student/alumni communities, strengthen relationships with student organizations, and connect current students to University resources.

These entry-level positions are designed to serve as springboards to careers in a variety of fields, further study, etc. They are full-time, non-exempt, benefits-eligible roles with a term of one year. (Graduating College Students who are hired in these roles will be able to take advantage of professional development opportunities through Career Advancement's Kimpton Fellows Program.)
